Our Limelight journey began in January 2021. Designed by our VFX Hire team, we understood the fast pace of the industry and that shows needed to be staffed quickly and efficiently. We also recognized that there were three essential things clients needed to know when selecting talent, allowing them to plan and tailor offers to candidates:

1. When is a candidate available?

2. What has the candidate done?

3. What does the candidate want to do?

By tracking these three fundamentals and being consistently au courant with all of them for each of the many thousands of VFX and Virtual Production candidates already in our database, we are on course to offer a peerless service to hiring companies. We just needed a place to showcase these candidates and highlight their profiles in an organized, aesthetically appealing way. Hence Limelight was born. We expect Limelight will become a dependable, cost effective recruiting solution for studios across North America and Europe.
